Thank you for shopping with Unfold Productions. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods, product drops, or promotions, processing times may be extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
    •    Delivery location
    •    Shipping method selected
    •    Package weight and size


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after processing and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times:
    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.


5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is available:
    •    Delivery times vary by destination
    •    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
    •    Unfold Productions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Unfold Productions is not responsible for:
    •    Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    •    Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Unfold Productions is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:
    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    •    Provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

 

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
